We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. Similarly, if you did not receive your parcel after the guaranteed period of 90 days, kindly send an email to Customer Care for us to follow up with your case.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If it is not, we'll reject the order refund request, and the item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Erroneous and damaged goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received in error, please retain the outer package and item packaging and contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and reach a solution. Note: Due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Since Geme sells customized products, we do not accept returns for such reasons if the product is wrong due to incorrect customization information provided by the customer. If the item is damaged due to improper wear by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse to provide customers with a return or exchange service. The items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ and ‘FLASH SALE’ are non-returnable.

We do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for shipping your return to us and are responsible for tracking information for your return, Geme will not be responsible for loss or damage in transit or handling.
The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund and orders that originally shipped for free will be charged charged the standard shipping cost for the appropriate delivery area.
Returns must be received within 90 days from ship date. If your item(s) are returned past the 90-day limit, it is up to Geme discretion to accept the return.
We'll processed within 5 days upon receiving your return package, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded within 1 day on your original payment method. Please note the exact arrival time of the refund depends on your bank account's policy, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

Once we receive your package, please allow up to 2-3 businiess days for exchange order process. You will receive an email information when the exchange order shipped.
If you need your exchange item in a short time frame, we recommend that you place a new order once you send back your original order, we will process your new order, meanwhile, we will refund your original form of payment once we receive your returns.
We allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order. To a pre-order, we allow refunds for non-customized pre-sale items up to the release date.
Change ordered products:
You can contact us to change the products and quantities. We will send you a new bill based on the actual order total, and refund more ormake up less.
Change custom requirements:
You can contact us to modify custom information (including gemstones, lettering, photos, accessories, etc.) within 24 hours after placing the order.
Change shipping address:
We do not recommend modifying the shipping address after placing an order. If necessary, please contact us to modify the address within 24 hours. At Geme, we are committed to providing beautiful, high-quality personalized jewelry. Under our warranty, we offer 365 days from the date of purchase, if any manufacturer defect is discovered with relation to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry, we will replace the item at no cost.
Following issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:
Improper care of jewelry Improper cleaning, or interaction with chemicals that leads to discoloration of the surface. Bent bands or prongs due to excessive force or wear, particular for rings.
Loss of stones, or damage caused by a lack of maintenance or wear over extended period of time.
Scratched surface of photo engraved jewelry due to improper care, or wearing with other pendants.
